Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unforeseen circumstances may require cancellation. To maintain transparency, please note the following:

• In case of bad weather, natural issues, or government restrictions, some activities or itinerary changes may occur.

• The operator will attempt to provide alternatives; however, no refund will be given for cancellations due to such reasons.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Slabs

• Within 15 days of departure: Non-refundable

• Within 30 days of departure: 80% refund of total package cost

• Within 20 days of departure: 50% refund of total package cost

Terms & Conditions

• TREKSAGA strictly prohibits the use of narcotics or any banned substances during the trek.

• Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials are not allowed.

• TREKSAGA is not responsible for legal consequences if participants are found with restricted items.

• Misbehavior, refusal to follow rules, or causing disturbances may result in immediate removal without refund.

• TREKSAGA is not responsible for participants leaving the trail, vehicle, or campsite without informing the coordinator.

• Damage to campsite/hotel property will be charged at full MRP.

• TREKSAGA is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Additional Terms

• Only registered participants are allowed on the trek.

• Hot water availability and other facilities may vary depending on location and weather.

• Trek/campsite slots are confirmed only after full payment.

• Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft during the trek.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, the group must wait until repairs are completed. No backup vehicle will be provided.

• The coordinator may alter the itinerary depending on weather, trail, or safety conditions.

• All participants are requested to maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment.

• Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the refund rules mentioned above.
