The operator will try to provide alternatives, but no refund will be issued in such cases.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

• Within 15 Days Of Departure: Non-Refundable

• Within 30 Days Of Departure: 80% Refund Of Total Package Cost

• Within 20 Days Of Departure: 50% Refund Of Total Package Cost

• Misbehavior, refusal to follow instructions, or causing disturbance may lead to immediate removal without refund.

• TREKSAGA is not responsible if participants move away from the hotel, campsite, or vehicle without informing the coordinator.

• Any damage to hotel/campsite property will be charged at actual cost.

• TREKSAGA is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

• Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft during the trip.

• In case of vehicle breakdown, the group must wait until repairs are completed; no backup vehicle will be provided.

• The coordinator may modify the itinerary based on weather, road, or safety conditions.

• All participants must maintain cleanliness and follow eco-friendly practices.

• Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the refund policy mentioned above.
