Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may occur. For complete transparency, please note:

Due to bad weather, natural conditions, or government restrictions, certain activities or itinerary changes may take place.

The operator will try to provide alternatives, but no refund will be issued in such cases.

Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Slabs

Within 15 Days of Departure: Non-Refundable

Within 30 Days of Departure: 80% Refund of Total Package Cost

Within 20 Days of Departure: 50% Refund of Total Package Cost

Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials are not allowed.

TREKSAGA will not be responsible for legal issues arising from restricted items.

Misbehavior, refusal to follow instructions, or causing disturbance may lead to immediate removal without refund.

TREKSAGA is not responsible if participants move away from the trek route, campsite, or vehicle without informing the coordinator.

Any damage to hotel/campsite property will be charged at actual cost.

TREKSAGA is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings.

Additional Terms

Only registered participants are allowed on the tour.

Hot water and other amenities may vary depending on weather and location.

Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

Management is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or theft during the trip.

In case of vehicle breakdown, the group must wait until repairs are completed; no backup vehicle will be provided.

The coordinator may modify the itinerary based on weather, road, or safety conditions.

All participants must maintain cleanliness and follow eco-friendly practices.

Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the refund policy mentioned above.
