Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that unexpected situations may arise. To ensure clarity, please take note of the following:

• In case of bad weather, government restrictions, or natural issues, certain activities or itinerary changes may occur.

• The operator will try to provide alternatives; however, no refund will be issued for such changes.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Slabs

• Within 15 days of departure: Non-refundable

• Within 30 days of departure: 80% refund of total package cost

• Within 20 days of departure: 50% refund of total package cost

Terms & Conditions

• TREKSAGA strictly prohibits the use of narcotics or banned substances during the trip.

• Weapons, fireworks, and hazardous materials are not allowed.

• Legal consequences arising from possession of restricted items will be the sole responsibility of the participant.

• Misbehavior, refusal to follow instructions, or causing disturbance may result in removal without refund.

• TREKSAGA is not responsible if participants leave the vehicle, hotel, or activity area without informing the coordinator.

• Any damage to hotel/homestay property will be charged at actual cost.

• TREKSAGA is not liable for theft, loss, or damage to personal belongings.

Additional Terms

• Only registered participants are allowed on the trip.

• Hot water and other facilities may vary depending on weather and location.

• Bookings are confirmed only after full payment.

• Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft during the tour.

• If the vehicle breaks down, the group must wait until repairs are completed; no backup vehicle will be provided.

• The coordinator may modify the itinerary depending on weather, road, or safety conditions.

• All participants must maintain cleanliness and follow eco-friendly practices.

• Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the refund rules mentioned above.
