In case of bad weather, natural issues, or government restrictions, itinerary changes or activity cancellations may occur.
The operator will try to offer alternatives, but no refund will be processed for activity cancellations due to such conditions.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.
Within 15 days of departure: Non-refundable
Within 30 days of departure: 80% refund of total package cost
Within 20 days of departure: 50% refund of total package cost
TREKSAGA strictly prohibits the use of narcotics or any banned substances during the trek.
Weapons, fireworks, or hazardous materials are not allowed.
If any participant is found with restricted items, TREKSAGA will not be responsible for legal consequences.
Misbehavior, refusal to follow rules, or causing disturbance may result in immediate removal without any refund.
TREKSAGA is not responsible for trekkers who leave the trail or campsite without informing the coordinator.
Damage to campsite property (tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, etc.) will be charged at full MRP.
TREKSAGA is not liable for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.
Only registered trekkers are allowed at the campsite.
Hot water availability may vary depending on campsite and weather.
Trek/campsite slots are confirmed only after full payment.
Management is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or theft during the trek.
In case of a vehicle breakdown, the group must wait until repairs are completed. No backup vehicle will be provided.
The coordinator may alter the itinerary depending on weather, trail conditions, or safety concerns.
All trekkers are requested to maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment.
Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the refund rules mentioned above.
Arrive in Panarsa by Volvo bus. Freshen up in the rooms provided and enjoy breakfast. After breakfast, drive to Jwalapur village (about 25 km). Meet the local trek guide, attend a short briefing session, and begin the trek towards Prashar Lake (around 9 km). Packed lunch will be provided for the trek. Reach Prashar Lake and witness a beautiful sunset at the lakeside. Check in to the campsite and enjoy evening snacks, bonfire, and dinner. Overnight camping under the stars near Prashar Lake.
Start the day with an early breakfast and check out from the campsite. Visit the Rishi Prashar Temple and spend some time around the lake. Begin the descent back to Jwalapur village. Drive back to Panarsa and board the vehicle for Delhi/Chandigarh. Overnight journey to Delhi/Chandigarh. Reach your destination the next morning and disperse with wonderful memories.
