CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY

We understand that unplanned circumstances may lead to cancellations. To keep things transparent, please refer to the conditions below:

• In case of bad weather, natural calamities, or government restrictions, certain activities or itinerary changes may occur.

• The operator will try to provide alternatives; however, no refund will be issued for the same.

• Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 10 business days.

Refund Slabs

• Within 15 days of departure: Non-refundable

• Within 30 days of departure: 80% refund of total package cost

• Within 20 days of departure: 50% refund of total package cost

TERMS & CONDITIONS

• TREKSAGA strictly prohibits the use of narcotics or any banned substances during the trek.

• Weapons, fireworks, or any hazardous materials are not allowed.

• If any participant is found with restricted items, TREKSAGA is not responsible for legal consequences.

• Misbehavior, breaking rules, or creating disturbance may lead to immediate eviction without refund.

• TREKSAGA is not responsible for participants who leave the trail/campsite without informing the coordinator.

• Any damage to campsite property (tents, sleeping bags, mattresses, etc.) will be charged at full MRP.

• TREKSAGA will not be responsible for loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings.

Additional Terms

• Only registered trekkers are permitted at the campsite.

• Hot water availability may vary depending on location and weather.

• Campsite/trek slots are confirmed only after receiving full payment.

• Management will not be held responsible for injuries, theft, or accidents during the trek.

• If a vehicle breaks down during transit, the group must wait until necessary repairs are done. No backup vehicle will be arranged.

• The trip leader/coordinator may modify the itinerary depending on weather, safety, and ground conditions.

• Every participant is requested to help maintain a clean, eco-friendly environment.

• Bookings are non-exchangeable, non-transferable, and follow the above refund rules.
